I just wanted to let you know what a great job Isaac and his team did on Saturday.
They were quick, thorough, friendly and careful. I will recommend Divine Moving to
anyone. Not only were there no hidden fees, the team made sure to finish within the
three hour minimum. I've moved three times in the past year and Isaac made it so

They were professional, hard working, experienced, clean appearance, good communication skills, great disposition and made our move stress free. I’ve been meaning to write this email but only just got the internet hooked up today, wish that had gone a smoothly as our move.

First let me say, I didn’t have to do a thing...your guys were amazing. We moved out of a new building in Hell’s Kitchen to a 5th floor walk up with super skinny stairway. Your guys had the best attitude, so nice, so professional...I couldn’t have been more happy.

Hints:
It is always a good idea to put together a list of questions and concerns that you might have, so that you can go over them with your moving consultant when they come to give you an estimate.
Though it is never required, it is always a nice gesture to offer to buy the moving crew lunch, if it is within your budget. Some crews will tend to take even better care of your household goods when you do. Also if you feel that your crew did an excellent job and you can afford it, they greatly appreciate tips. Most moving crews do not make anywhere near what you might think.
If you have a very large house of furniture the movers may have to make a tailgate to put some of your outside belongings on. Don't worry if they do. Tailgates have been used for many years and I have never seen one go wrong.

They got to the destination early, explained everything and we extremely professional. The move was made a bit difficult for them as our street was closed due to filming of a television program.
